This spring, our company will begin construction work on the dual education campus to be built on Calea Dumbrăvii, on the site of the former Tursib base.

The project will include four buildings, all designed to be energy efficient. The dual campus will feature a “Building A,” with a ground floor plus one level, dedicated to classrooms and laboratories; a “Building B,” also with a ground floor plus one level, housing a cafeteria and a library; a “Building C,” with a high ground floor, which will include a multifunctional space and an auditorium; and a “Building D,” constructed on three floors, where a dormitory with a capacity of 150 accommodation places will be arranged.

Two outdoor sports fields, an outdoor amphitheater, green areas, pedestrian zones, and parking spaces will also be developed.

The project beneficiary is “Lucian Blaga” University of Sibiu. It will be built and designed by the partnership consisting of CONA OPERATIONS SRL (lead partner) and KXL STUDIO SRL (designer). The campus will have a built-up area of 10,500 square meters and is set to be completed in the spring of 2026.
