The twin buildings in Sibiu offer the most modern facilities in the county for SMEs in the area and can accommodate over 1,600 people.

Spanning 18 levels, including 2 levels of underground parking, this building encompasses offices, showrooms, conference rooms, and a fitness gym. The top floor is dedicated to essential technical spaces ensuring the seamless operation of the entire building.

The building structure is flexible, with two reinforced concrete cores for the 15 aboveground floors, for their role as bearing and strengthening elements.

The rest of the bearing structure is made of post-stressed concrete slabs. The last levels are made of steel columns and beams, with floors of reinforced concrete and metallic formwork. Four elevators, of which two are panoramic, have been installed to provide vertical access for each tower. Special attention was paid to the finishing works as well as to installations.
