The center will have a new building with a height regime of 2S+P+5E, with a total of 214 continuous hospitalization beds and 5 day hospitalization beds.

The contract includes the design (preparation of PT, DE, DTAC, DTOE, documentation for obtaining approvals), execution of works, and technical assistance from the designer during the execution of the works.
