Our company has executed three projects for IFM Sibiu, the first factory in 2015 and the subsequent expansion projects in 2017 and 2022.

The buildings have the primary function of producing electronic parts-sensors and secondary functions of logistics/storage and administrative/commercial.

In addition to the main building, there are also other facilities – gatehouse, concrete platforms, employee parking, perimeter roads, fencing, technological and utility installations.

The project is DGNB certified.
