The project developed by CONA for the largest supermarket chain in Romania involved creating a new logistics center near Bucharest, with different areas for storing food, products, fruits and vegetables, refrigerated and frozen foods, with temperatures specifically controlled for each area.

The height regime is ground floor plus partial upper floor, and the plan dimensions of the construction are 223.8 x 151.2 m.

The structural frame of the warehouse is made of prefabricated reinforced concrete, with secondary metal closures.
