Last Friday, September 26, in Sibiu, Mr. Mircea Bulboacă, founder of CONA and First Vice President of the Employers’ Association of Construction Companies (PSC), took part in the regional conference organized by PSC’s Sibiu branch.
Together with more than 200 participants – officials, colleagues from other PSC branches across the country and from the federation, partners, collaborators, and members of the press – we opened one of the most important topics for the future of the Romanian construction sector: building a bridge of dialogue between the private and public spheres, fostering trust in the road ahead, and identifying solutions together.
One of the proposals put forward by Mr. Mircea Bulboacă was the certification of Romanian construction companies, as a key element in increasing transparency and professionalism, while reducing the level of bureaucracy in public tenders. The central message conveyed was that fiscal and contractual predictability is the essential condition for the sustainable development of the sector and for the continuation of major infrastructure and construction projects.
CONA remains an active partner in this dialogue, supporting solutions that bring value to the Romanian economy.
