The structure features a mixed construction system, with foundation solutions tailored to the geotechnical characteristics of the site. The building envelope is designed to ensure high energy efficiency, meeting European standards for medical facilities. The project includes:
- State-of-the-art operating rooms equipped with the latest medical technology;
- Specialized intensive care units (ICUs) for critical cardiovascular patients;
- Advanced diagnostic zones (imaging, laboratory, functional explorations);
- Dedicated spaces for academic and research activities;
- Automated building management systems (BMS) for climate control, security, and vital infrastructure operations.
This center is set to become a national benchmark in cardiovascular surgery and heart transplantation, serving thousands of patients annually from across the country, in a modern, safe, and efficient environment. We build with responsibility where it matters most: in the service of life.
