In the initial phase, the collaboration between CONA and the world’s largest manufacturer of cables and wires for power transmission and telecommunications involved the design and execution of a new production unit, a warehouse for raw products, a warehouse for optical fiber and for the paint shop, an office building with a technical and maintenance area, an electric station, a gatehouse, a platform for storage services, water tanks, and a waste platform. The total built-up area was 24,800 sqm. The second project consisted of expanding both the production hall and the office and administrative spaces, totaling approximately 11,000 sqm. Both projects were successfully completed in 2016 and, respectively, 2018.
