CONA has carried out the project as general contractor in a design and build system, meaning it was responsible for design, technical assistance, and construction works.

The new hall has a capacity of approximately 5,000 seats and can host various types of international sports competitions: handball, volleyball, and basketball (EHF, FIBA, and CEV certifications), as well as non-sporting events, depending on requirements.
