Cluj Arena is one of the most modern stadiums in Romania, rated as a UEFA Elite category stadium.

The consortium led by CONA, along with Bog`art and UTI Facility Management, has signed the contract for the design and execution of the expansion works of Sibiu International Airport.

In the context of Sibiu becoming the European Capital of Culture in 2007, major modernization and expansion works began, through which Romania aimed to have as many entry points into the country as possible that meet international standards.

The project involved the construction of a depot for 105 buses, with a parking area of 5,200 sqm, repair workshops, bodywork and paint shops of 1,278 sqm, as well as a new administrative building with a basement, ground floor, and first floor, covering an area of 1,297 sqm.

The building on Republicii Street No. 8 is a landmark in the center of Cluj and has long served as a reference point for the area known as the “Student Polyclinic.”
