Part of the famous international hotel chain, Ramada Hotel Sibiu is classified in the 4-star services category. At its opening in 2007, the hotel became the most luxurious hotel in Sibiu. The construction, with a height of 44 meters, includes 15 levels comprising 127 rooms and 5 conference halls, one of which has an amphitheater structure, a restaurant, a health and wellness center, a business club, and an underground parking.

The structure is made using a mixed structural system: steel – reinforced concrete, with curtain wall closures and ceramic cladding. The highest quality interior finishes, the complex system of installations, and the exterior arrangements have contributed to the transformation of the project into an emblematic point in the central area of Sibiu.
