In 2019, CONA completed the largest refrigeration equipment and heat exchanger factory owned by this manufacturer worldwide, following an expansion of over 30,000 sqm to the initial production capacity. The first phase was completed in 2015 and had approximately 10,000 square meters. CONA constructed both the initial investment and the expansion as the general contractor, covering a total of approximately 40,000 sqm of production, administrative, and storage spaces. This investment set a new standard for industrial projects. The implementation team aimed to create an innovative project, ensuring a safe, pleasant, and productive work environment, with a focus on sustainability.
