CONA is one of the largest general contractors in construction in Romania, specialised in the industrial construction segment.

CONA is a family business that began its operations in 1990 and has continuously developed.

Currently, we provide complete services as general contractor for industrial and civil construction, design, execution, electrical and mechanical installations, maintenance, construction structures supply.

We provide to our clients a complete range of services and products necessary for building efficiently and sustainably, with the aim of saving time, energy, and money.

We carry out first-class and high-quality projects that promote the principle of minimal social effort, both during the construction works and during their exploitation.

The history of CONA

1990

Establishment of CONA in Sibiu

1997

The first factory built by CONA as general contractor

1998

Establishment of UNIMAT, a construction materials trading company

2002

The metal structures factory became operational.

The mechanical and plumbing installations division started operations.

Establishment of the finishing works division

2003

Establishment of the electrical installations division

2007

Establishment of CONDESIGN - the design company

2008

Establishment of CONA Foundation - social responsibility

2008

Establishment of the pre-stressed and prefabricated concrete factory.

Establishment of the metal sheet factory

2015

The production unit for facades, doors, and windows became operational

2016

The integrated industrial production center for structural elements was established in Mârșa

2018

2nd place in the TOP General Contractors Romania.
